A. On a 20 minute running clock, for max reps/pounds, teams of 2:

 

Partner 1:

0:00-2:00: HSPU

2-4:00 rest

4-6:00 DU

6-8:00 rest

8-10:00 1 RM Back Squat

 

then, partner 2:

10-12:00 1 RM Back Squat

12-14:00 rest

14-16:00 DU's

16-18:00 rest

18-20:00 HSPUs

 

Score is total reps from each component.

 

B. 5 Minutes x Max AB Cal, switch as you want on and off the bike.
