A. EMOM 6:
Hanging L-Sit x 10-15 seconds + 3-5 Strict Pull-Ups

B. 5 sets:
1000m Row
Rest 1:1. Try to keep times fairly consistent, +/- 5 seconds of one another.

 

Post results to SugarWOD app.

 

Additional Work:

A. Build to a tough Clean & Jerk.

B. 5 sets:
Power Clean x 5 reps TnG, build across.

C. 3 sets:
GHD Hip Extensions x 12-15 reps, weighted if able.
Hanging L-Sit x 15-20 seconds
Rest as needed between.
