HOLIDAY WORKOUT - "12 Days of Christmas"

MONDAY DECEMBER 26

*Normal classes resume Tuesday 27th

 

Group WOD:

 

Every 2 minutes x 10 sets for max weight at the end:

Snatch x 1.1

 

Post results to comments.

 

Competition WOD:

A. 3 sets:

Jerk Balance x 3 reps (LIGHT)

Rest as needed.

 

B. 5 sets:

Split Jerk x 2 reps @ 85% 1 RM

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

 

C. Every 2 minutes x 10 sets for max weight at the end:

Clean & Jerk x 2 reps

(build to moderate set in less than 4 warm-up sets, then start)
