A. Joint Prep & Mobility:

Athlete's choice - based on what they need for today’s workout

 

B. For Time:

I'm not allowed to actually post what today's workout is. Come in and find out. Bring something you find comfortable to run in. There may or may not be running today, but I could totally be joking with you too. Might as well bring your rope climbing socks too, just in case....
