Individualized Nutrition Program

Have you tried program after program? Tired of trying to lose the same ten pounds? Your energy levels suck, you don't sleep through the night, or you're just tired of feeling blah?

Our Individualized Nutrition Program has been in existence for many years. We have worked with countless individuals, all over the continent. Elite Athletes, or just Regular Joe's, near or far - it doesn't matter. Our program is completely remote and does not require a membership to CFF, or any gym for that matter!

What does this program entail?

  • 12 weeks long.

  • Work alongside a coach, with 24/7 access via text/email/phone.

  • A shared spreadsheet document between you and your coach with individualized macronutrient targets to hit each day.

  • You will weigh and measure your food each day, aiming to hit your targets. There is flexibility built into this program, no restrictions, just macronutrient and caloric targets to achieve daily.

  • Communicate weekly with your coach during accountability check-ins, macro readjustments, and any other problems that may arise.

  • Learn proper behaviours to help build proper eating habits for life outside of this program

Founder's Nutrition Program

Our Founder's Nutrition Program is an 8 week program that is conducted in much the same manner as our original Individualized Nutrition 12 Week Program. The details with how it is conducted is very much the same - the same interaction with your coach, the same accountability, and the same expectations.

The only difference between this program and the one above is you will work with a CFF Nutrition Coach who is building their case study portfolio. Work through aa speedy version of our regular program, with smaller goals, and gain some confidence by starting small.

  • 8 weeks long.

  • Work alongside a coach, with 24/7 access via text/email/phone.

  • A shared spreadsheet document between you and your coach with individualized macronutrient targets to hit each day.

  • You will weigh and measure your food each day, aiming to hit your targets. There is flexibility built into this program, no restrictions, just macronutrient and caloric targets to achieve daily.

  • Communicate weekly with your coach during accountability check-ins, macro readjustments, and any other problems that may arise.

  • Learn proper behaviours to help build proper eating habits for life outside of this program

  • Download the Nutrition Questionnaire once payment is completed. 

  • Complete the Nutrition Questionnaire and send along with "before" pictures to results@crossfitfunction.com.

  • Once your coach receives your document and your pictures, please wait 24-48 hours for your program and instructions to be delivered to you!
